May Meeting

Hi Jim; I'm sorry that I wasn't at the meeting Saturday night. Me and my fiance decided we needed to pack some more of her stuff as she has to be out of her old house by the end of the week. Also, her son had to go off to a week long ROTC camp early Sunday morning. I really hope to be at the meeting...

May Meeting

Hi;

I'm definitely coming as of right now. What else do you need that is not already being brought. It will be me and maybe my fiance.
I don't have any frags as previously mentioned.

HI Scott; Thanks for the message and the directions. I finally got it. I don't know why I didn't get it before. If you were sending it to the private message section of the MBRK I apologize. I did get it and I will attend. It may be 5:30 or 6:00PM before I get there. It just depends on how late I ha...

Mixing Clowns

One thing to remember is that clowns tend to be more aggressive if they have an anenome host. That may be why the pink skunk dominated the false percula.

MBRK directions

Hey Jim; This is James from the Tillman's Corner area. I would also like directions to the meeting. I probably won't have any frags though. I don't have any experience with fraging corals and I only have three to start with. I am really looking forward to the meeting though. I hope to attend. Thanks...

Sea Cuke

I have a Donkey Dung Sea Cucumber as well. Mine is about six inches and I have had him six to eight months. I see him maybe once a week on average. Mine is brownish in color. Yours does look greyish-blue in color......at least in the photo. He also hides among the rock and even behind the powerheads...

The Marine Center

Hi:

Just wanted to list a website that other members might be interested in if they haven't seen it already. It is the Marine Center. The URL is:
http://www.themarinecenter.com/
They have many rare species available on the site including butterflyfish that I am interested in.

Sea Urchins

Urchins are really only designed to eat algaes. encrusting ones mainly. Some will eat macros and micros. I've got some hair algae in my tank and they won't touch it unless the strands are really short. I have heard of some urchins eating corals but I haven't seen it or read anything about that to co...

Glue corals

Hi;

Then what would you use to glue corals to live rock. I have heard of it being done but don't know what you would use if you have to keep it out of the water until the glue drys.

Hi There;

I just heard about you because I was doing a search for aquarium clubs in Mobile. I wasn't sure that there were any but Google found you.

Urchins

Hi there; I have a long spine black urchin in my tank along with a pin cushion urchin. Neither of them have touched my corals. I have a large Colt, mushroom and a bubble coral. They both seem to prefer the coralline algae and will not eat the macro or hair algaes. At least not too much of it. The pi...
