I have a 40 gallon with two tiny chunks of devil's hand and two fish and one pistol shrimp and we have a small tank in the living room with mushrooms MAYBE some ricordia and a basslet in it.

Our cat Patches is part Maine Coone - she weighs in at a healthy 12 lbs ;) Hair isn't as long, but she's not a cat, she thinks she's a dog. She'll even play ball with you and jump and bat it back to you.

Oh it definitely was. It was amazing to see him walk out of his kennel the day after surgery. It's amazing what they can do nowadays with surgery. The type of surgery you mentioned is very invasive and it's wild to think that after cutting the bone like they do leaving no "ball" to go into...
