Harbor Freight
I used the tiny ones from Harbor Freight for my pico and they go on sale for 1/2 price quite often. I have had mine for three years and still going strong. How blue do you want it?
I think that depends on how blue you want it. I run 150 HQI 20K and don't supplement with additional actinic because I think it is blue enough and don't want my corals to look "fake".
