small slipper lobsters available for trade

Is anyone interested in trading coral frags for a slipper lobster? I'm interested in hearty softies for my CF-powered 12 gallon nano tank. Zoas, mushrooms, etc would be nice.
The lobster is <2" and is doing great.

Re: Free Invader Palys

I'm currently reviving my little 12 gal nano cube. These guys would be a nice addition if you have any left. I'll try to give you a call tomorrow to see if you still have a few. Cheers!

Cheap project tank 70gal ($30)

I bought a 70 gallon tank from a buddy of mine after a seam separated in his apartment. I scraped the silicone on the inside, and re-sealed the tank. Unfortunately, my repair job only lasted about 2 years- luckily it was in my garage. I think if I had totally stripped the tank, separated the pieces,...

Re: 24 Cube- timer/lighting question

Thanks for the advice. I was afraid I'd have to go that route, but didn't know exactly how to go about it. Thanks for the guidance.

24 Cube- timer/lighting question

Recently set up a 24gal JBJ Nanocube Dx. It has two 36W CF bulbs and two LED night lights. They all run from the same ballast (with a single power cord to the wall outlet). Is there any way to rig a timer for the CF bulbs, while allowing the LEDs to remain on through the night? Thanks for the help!

what sort of equipment & frags are you looking for? I've got only a modestly stocked 12 gallon reef tank now. http://www.mbrk.com/gallery2.php?g2_itemId=33971 I would be interested in frags of somewhat hardier soft corals. (what do you think would compliment the tank?) I have added a couple of ...

How to best trade live rock for frags/equipment?

I have a fair amount of live rock (about 150 pounds), covered with coraline algae, and want to trade it for frags and/or equipment. What would be the best way to go about it? Is there enough interest among the forum users to trade? How much LFS credit is normally extended for nice pieces? Thanks for...

If you haven't already done extensive homework on keeping seahorses, please start now, before you get any. I would suggest getting only captive-reared seahorses (e.g. ocean riders, seahorse source), as wild collecting is often harmful, destructive, and done illegally. Keep in mind these fish, due to...
