Great price and fish. I could only afford the poor mans jawfish, the Yellowhead.

Try slivers of scallop. Just get the ones from the grocery store and break them up.

Thanks Randy, I glued the biggest one to a rock. The other smaller ones are safe also. I enjoyed meeting you and your Wife. Your tanks are great.

My algae garden (I mean reef)

Hello, my name is Tom and I am a new reefer since November of last year. Some of you will recognize your contributions to my reef. Thanks for all your help. 65 gallon with 8 ATI T-5's, Vertex Skimmer, Kent Phosphate reactor and Coral life TurboSea pump. I can't believe the Montipora grows so fast al...

Your current reef tank and inhabitants would be grandfathered in but don't expect to replace any losses.

No propagation selling or breeding. I know this is a political topic but it should be discussed. I have been colle...

Stupid reefing mistake.

I had about a gallon jug with filled about 1/3 with Kalk on my canopy that I dripped into my tank the other day. This morning I just lifted up my canopy without thinking and the jug tumbled off. Some of it hit my wavemaker plugs but luckily most of it stayed in the jug. I have done this with a cup o...

Thanks Neuticle. I did try to add a fan to blow on my ligts and my Foxface goes crazy. It is a 10 dollar Walmart clip on fan and the fish does not like the vibration or even seeing it. He splashed water all over the lights and was dashing around the tank. I will try something else.
