We made it here ok. There was 6-7 feet of water under the house and 99 percent of everything downstairs and outside is ruined. We're still cleaning mud and throwing out tons of stuff. We got 2 feet more water than Ivan but a lot less mud. The power was out 2 days and the $10 walmart buldge pump did ...

The power companies pass extra expences or savings along to the customer. This is how they do it. You'd probably have to go back before Ivan to see any credits.

Scott, I'll let you know also. The specs start coming in around Sept. and last 2 or 3 months. One year we planned on getting on the boat and going out to the middle of the river but started fishing off the pier and caught 70 bass. Never made it in the boat. We just got a $393 power bill for June. I'm looking forward to July and August also. I guess we'll have to sweat a little more. The KWH adjustment cost was $43 which we didn't have last year. We're still paying for Ivan.
