I've never used it (got it with a tank I bought recently and went with a fixture instead), so I don't know anything about. It looks good and has I believe a 2005 manufacture date...

Without taking the whole thing apart and looking on the inside, I don't see a part or model number. It is the 250w MH with (2) 56w compact florescent tubes and 2 blue LED moonlights. The cord for the MH looks just like the one I posted in the link above.
