Urchin or not?

Trying to figure out what this is... they have just recently started to show up... there are 3-4 of them and different sizes... I believe this one is the biggest so far... Multi Tank Stand

I am looking at building a stand to hold 3 tanks, would like to do 3 levels and to hold 48" tank on each level... Anyone have any good plans for doing something like this? I mean we are talkinga bout prob 1500lbs or more for this to hold... I have searched online and found very little on multi-...

actually got his aquariums put in a single stand and side by side they were just about 50 inches, so I ended up going to lowes and picked up a Lithonia 48" Fluorescent Shop Light, and put it in the hood we made, and then put Daylight Deluxe bulbs also at Lowes, they are 6500K bulbs. Looks quite...

Mini cf

Just wondering if anyone has played with any off the wall items... I am looking to put together something for my cousin who has like 6 fresh water tanks, running very sad lighting on all of them, wanted to put like 30W & 40W 5000K-6500K bulbs (fluorescent T8 if possible) in place. Any info on ba...

on my tank I think it looks great... When I get the chance to change out the bulbs to blue I think it will look even better. I will get a picture of it on with lights out to give an idea inside the tank lighting. By the way, I was at Lowes in Foley over the weekend and they carry this same exact lig...

Ok... sorry it took so long but here are the pics of the light strip I started this thread about. Of course these pictures are before putting in the blue 420nm led's. Just for time being I put this on my canopy as is to see how it was, and does a great job of lighting up, the marine life really seem...

as for the xpcgear setup, that is very cool looking.... but after reading about it, its flashing, cant get a solid light from the setup. *shrug*
