Really, I had no problem here. I printed out the price from the website, asked the cashier if they would match it and she said of course and took the add and stapled it to the store copy of the receipt. Bam, $11 bucks to the black!

Wow Go Petsmart

I heard people on RC say Petsmart will match their on-line add for salt, and they do. Regular price for Coraline Salt 150g bucket $42.99, on-line price $31.69. Not to shabby!

First round of water tests performed today:

Ammonia 1-2 ppm
Nitrite 1 ppm
Nitrate 10 ppm

Not quite what I was expecting but at least it has started.

May drop a frag in there and see how it goes after the tank has been up for a while, I do like the color of the light.

Snoop I doubt there is enough light sps in there, 2x32pc's, and the plexy cover gets salt creep so quickly.

I will just have to remember to scoop a few cups of water out before the are goes back in.

How Small Tanks Are Different, Lesson 1

1. In a small tank, you cannot stick your big, fat arm in after you top off the tank UNLESS you WANT to clean up a bunch of water.

More lessons to follow.
