Yea, heat causes more bleaching than light from what I have seen. They normally go hand in hand so it can be hard to seperate. One thing to think about, even if you can keep it cool, can you keep the temp stable. If it stays cool with lights on, will the temp drop to fast at night?

I am using 2 250w Single ended Ushio 10k bulbs and and uri 03 actinic. All run for 8 hours a day. I like this mix because I keep color and get decent growth as well.

He also had a really nice Milli, and a bunch of nice acros. I didnt really pay attention to his softies and LPS, but over all it looked like he probably had his best selection I had ever seen him have.

Tim actually had a fair amount there last friday. I picked up a few things. I think he said he is going back out to LA to "cherry pick" that may be why he doesnt have much in stock right now. I should be there tomorrow and will have some cap frags.

Dehumidifier

Has anyone ever thought of using a dehumidifier for tank top off? I realize its not RO, but I would not think its not going to have much more pollution than a big protien skimmer would add to the tank anyway.
