i'm not ready to part out on anything. I am hoping to sale whole tanks with everything. If i part out i will be stuck with things i dont need. I plan to completely get out of the hobby. I'm working alot and dont have the time to take care of them anymore.

I paid $2000 for the 100 gal which i have done alot of work and added alot to it but i'm willing to take $1500 to get rid of it. And for the 55 gal i'm asking $600.

the tank has t5, mh and night lights they built in the top. i really have no idea what brand the lights are it looks like the man the built it all that i bought it from bought the kits and did the lighting himself. i will check it all out and let u know.

The rock in the tank is mostly from the previous owner. I bought the whole set up last March. Some of the rock in the tank is from Progressive. None of its made from quickcrete. At least not that i know of. Dont look like it. I did a 60 gal water change and added phosphate sponge and i'm leveled bac...

I am using water from a water filter and i tested that water and levels are fine. If thats what you mean. or is it something else?

My tanks 100 gal and 55 gal have been doing so good. Then last week i got a nitrate spike and have no idea what is going on. I did water changes and it doesn't seem to be moving down much. Any suggestions
