I have these two hitchiker stars thats showed up, anyone know about them?

Where can I find one, its from a 27w quad lamp. It was shrink wraped at the socket connection for the lamp, the lead has broken off nearly inside the little starter lamp, it does still work but I need one with some pig tail on it to splice to.

Sponges dont have a hard skeleton. With polyps that retract when you touch it

I wish I had a 5+ mp camera, I could really show the detail of the skeleton.

Im sure of it now, take a look a the full pc. There is another spot growing on it that I found yesterday.

I think its Yellow Porites Coral. It started on (what I thought) was a dead coral bought as live rock awhile back.

Its got me. I wanted to poke at it to see if it had a hard skeleton or a softy, But I will just wait and let it grow some more. its tiny.

Will a home depot ballast rated for 14-20watts run a 9w pc lamp? Ive heard you can use an overrated ballast as long as its within a few watts difference? Anyone have any experience? I did fire my 9w pc lamp with a 25watt ballast and it worked, but Im not sure how long it last???? the ballast seemed ...
