mounting colt and tree coral

is there any way to keep a colt and a kenya tree coral to a rock?? ive tried super glue and coral glue, and also loose robber bands and they split into 2 when i band them!, they will not attach for anything!

Drew mounted a Sinularis frag for me this way and it did great.

The toothpick method works fairly well. I've only done it a few time but have not had a problem once when doing it that way. It makes me wonder how these corals like to be cut then poked, but they seem to respond ok and eventually attach to the rock.
