Urchin or not?

Post by Dys »

Trying to figure out what this is... they have just recently started to show up... there are 3-4 of them and different sizes... I believe this one is the biggest so far... I *THINK* they might be urchins but honestly dont know... kinda of look like hair algea also, but I have seen some of these actually move and pickup rocks its very odd... Any help idetifying these would be great.

Just to make sure... its the green colored item to the right of the crab.

I would hate for them to be bad and leave them :) on other hand would hate to killem if not.

Do they roll around ? Urchins have spines that move, should not be too hard to tell what it is.
