What is that and where did it come from?

Worm ID Please

I was looking around the tank tonight and this worm (I guess) caught my eye. Can anyone tell me what it is? Is it harmful? Kind of reminds me of pinhead from the movie Hellraiser. I am not the best photographer so maybe you can still make it out.

Once the lights come on in the tank, it dissappears (hides). I hope I can get a better shot of it in nights to come.

It looks like an urchin, like Mike said...

Speaking of urchins, mine is a little too busy....

I think he's going in the sump today...I'll put some stuff down there for him to clean...he's always picking up corals and carting them off. Doesn't seem to hurt them, they're just never in the same place when I come back in the kitchen.
