I am thinking my almost recent acquisition is Lemnalia but I would welcome anyone to look at it to see if you think I am correct. I am talking about the larger peice in the middle with the color variations ranging from rose to purple.
thanks

It does look similar to Lemnalia but hard to say. Try to get a closer picture if you can.

You won't get anything remotely definitive without a closer shot.

Tried to change the shot

Looks like it may be Lemnalia or a very similar genus (there are several). Is the stalk laden with sclerites (little white lines)? Are there any in the polyps, giving them a 'sharp' appearance? All in all, this branch of the soft corals tends to be very difficult to identify, even between genera. ID to the species level is usually impossible.

I see

There are small white lines but it resembles hair. No sharp appearence though, the small polyps are yellow, white and rose colored. It shrinks alot when the lights are off is the only thing else I have noted about it.

looks cool
