I need Glue

Post by Fishfood »

I"m looking for some glue that will be reef safe and you can buy it in large quantities, or in bigger bottles then superglue comes in. I'm going to be drilling holes in my LR and will be glueing acrylic rods into the top sides of all the rocks and the holes in the bottom will sit on the rods creating a "solid" structure that i can take apart if need be. I didn't want to use those tubes of epoxy either. It will take too much. Anyone have any suggestions.

Fiberglass? I think Oateys epoxy would be your best choice but if you can leave the rock out long enough and wash it afterwards you could use the fiberglass resin.
Wanted: to set up a tank again.

Glue

I will be ordering in some "Coral Glue" next week. It isnt really cheap at like $10 a bottle but they guarantee 100% reef safe.

Great for coral propagation, bonds in seconds, reef safe, 1oz bottle. Must be used out of the water.

Let me know if you want one, I will add another bottle.
I'll respect you in the morning, but I won't wake up till noon.
