Mobile Bay Reef Keepers

Im looking into a sump for my next tank and I could really use some advice and info on how to build the whole setup, since I have no idea what i'm doing.

Scroll down toward the bottom there is a whole section on sumps and refuigiums.

It helps but it still doesnt tell me how to actually build this thing and what pumps and stuff to use. Im completely new at this.
