evaporation and water changes

Post by Rebel01 »

I am losing 8 to 10 gallons a week due to evaporation. Do I need to do water changes in addition to this?

The evaporated water isn't removing any of the nasties in the water (PO4, NO2, NO3, etc). It's merely evaporating out pure H2O.
