Finally getting a few nice ones

Post by sb1227 »

I''ve started getting a few nice Montiporas again, though it's hard to look at some of these tiny frags after the massive ones I had. They are sweet, took some pics of a few, will try to get some of the others later. The German Blue Digitata I just got today, so it needs to relax and color up a bit. I Recently got a sweet Undata and the Pink Polyp Cap. as well.

I think those are one of the things I'm going to try in this fish only setup. I know none of the fish I want to get will eat that kind of thing, but I wonder how well they will do under just 2 T5 bulbs.

I'd stick to the lower light ones, the greens and oranges do well with lower light. That Confusa will too, it just needs to be up high and it wont be quite as colorful. They have such a nice growth pattern, color is really secondary in my opinion. :)
