I enjoy looking around on MBRK. I would be willing to pay some kind of yearly fee to help keep this site going. As with most people right now, my time and money are limited. Kids in private school and not much overtime any more doesn't leave much play money. I've managed to fumble around with a 45 gallon tank for a year and a half without to many fatalities. Most losses have been suicides, jumpers. I've recently purchased a 75 gallon used tank and have been working on getting it cleaned up. I hope to have it up and running shortly.

Well if you search for donation, there is a donation topic.

I found the donation topic but didn't see any info on how to do it.

All donations go to Kevin (snoopdog) via Paypal: kevin.guinn "at" gmail.com

Edit: Sorry about that, Kevin. You had it written out fully with "@" in the other thread, so I just copied and pasted.

You can just send it to any of my email addresses.

reefcrazed at bellsouth.net

or

kevin.guinn at gmail.com

I leave off the @ signs for our nice spamming robots that probe the site. Anything is appreciated, does not matter if it is a $1

Yeah well I am shifty like that.

BTW I am still using that processor I bought from you. I just recently upgraded it to a Xeon w3520.

You know you sold that thing was to cheap right ? It is still hard to find that processor for under $175 today. I am of course not complaining, I was thanking you....it has served me well.

I knew the price was pretty low. I was expecting them to depreciate a lot, though, especially with the new i7s. It hadn't dropped as much as I thought it would. But that's okay, since it went to a worthy cause. If I had sold it to someone who wasn't on the board here, I would've charged a lot more

The core i7 is not what gets you. The prices of the boards and ram are what get you. DDR3 seems to have doubled.
