Sorry I forgot all about your PM you sent me. It looks like it is doing fine. I think that it is so cool how it comes out of the rock like it does. It took a while for it to start coming out yesturday, and most of them did not come all the way out but I think it will when it gets more adjusted. Thanks. We may be heading that way today or tomorrow to pick up our ice chest. Would it be ok to stop buy. I will call you be for we head that way.

I am looking at it now and it looks like all of them are out about half way and the lights have been off for hours and they will not come back on untill 1:00.

Generally yes, not immediate but normally less than a year.

That is true for the most part. I have one that I have had for at least two years (Kevin, how long ago did we go in on an order from Jeff's Exotics?). It doesn't grow but it doesn't receed either. As a general rule for Goniopora and Alveopora is that if they are pink they do pretty well. Some have a red dot in the center of the polyp that are known to be hardy. Green ones are supposed to be good too. Red ones don't do well. There are a lot of variables though.
