Sorry but i couldn't get a camera.. I also have a problem with #4. They got a brown mucus coating voer the head and then the heads kind of just disappeared. Not all of them but i'd rather not sell them and wait and see whats happening. #1 is also on hold for the time being. I have numerous people wanting frags of it so i'll keep it and frag it up a little. It is a little frag in the first place but has great color, bright redish orange. I'm heading towards Panama City this weekend to trade some things and next week end i have stuff to do but if anyone is still interested i will set up a time to get you this stuff. I need to make room for some acros and clams on the sand and the polyps are in the way.

I have seen that all too much. I USED to have them on my powerheads and my outlet pipes. Ok, this is what happened to me. I glued one polyp onto a powerhead and within a few months it covered both powerheads side by side. Ok then the two powerheads needed cleaning a few months later they get hard to disassembly covered with funky polyps so I got a little rough and smooshed a couple. Well after that a colony died. I noticed this behavior many times now. If ones or two polyps die sometimes the whole colony dies. Normally they will shrink up and get a film on the and turn brown. Just sharing a little info ......

I'm having this EXACT same thing happing to my green star polyps... a section of them died (bad water parems, and apastia invasion), and the whole colony is dying slowly.
