You have plenty of backyard. May have to bring in some serious amounts of dirt, I remember you having a serious dropoff. I am not sure if you could even do one, I remember you having a ton of trees. Mom has trees too and her water stays a nice tea color, also took two skimmers to keep the leaves down.
