8 Gallon Cube Fish
Looking for ideas for maybe 3 fish for a 8 gallon cube, going in my office at work.
1) A Clown maybe a Perc, Maroon or GS Maroon.
2) ????
3) ????
The other two I would like to stay out alot, be really hardy and preferable colorfull. This is a small tank so they need to stay tiny.

Would not put a maroon clownfish of any sort in a tank of this size. Perc or ocellaris would be a much better choice. others would be neon gobies, coral gobies, maybe some type of basslet (Liopropoma) or perchlet, possibly an urchin clingfish (a hard to find fish that I have always wanted) to name a handful.

Clown Gobies seem to have eating problems, never kept one for very long.

Yeah, Emperor snapper or a Maori wrasse.
I like the dottybacks (orchid dottyback i.e. Psuedochromis fridimani) or cleaner gobies. I think the poison tooth blennies stay pretty small if you ever see one for sale. It might be better to do one fish and a couple of peppermint shrimp.
I have seen some really large clownfish of all species so unless you can get a really small one and are prepared to trade it in you might rethink that one. Some of the clown brood stock at my brother-in-laws work were 4 inches minimum.

I like the Dottyback idea, don't they kind of hover and swim to the contour of the rock ?

It is really hard for me to get across the bay though, my schedule can be pretty hectic during the week.
