Spawning season?

Post by Scott »

I have heard a lot of things recently about corals spawning and in the small tank that I set up for my son his snails are spawning like crazy. This morning I found 21 egg sacks in his tank. I haven't looked at mine yet but I ded notice a few when I cleaned the glass a few weeks ago.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I counted in my son's tank this morning and there were 66 egg pods. If even just one out of all of them survive he will be overrun with snails.

I got mine from Liz. She got them as a hitchhiker on MI liverock that she had dropshipped from MI to the Mobile airport. I started out with 7 and soon I had more than I could count. I put 4 in my sons tank.

Today there are more than 75 egg sacks. They are gittin buzzay now.
