Help with aptasia
Hey board... Got some aptasia problems..
Ive been trying to kill some aptasia for a while and its just driving me crazy... I use joes juice but they seem to come back tenfold. I tried to add a copperband a month or so ago but my powder blue wasn't having it... 3 days later he got ick and died.
Does anyone know where some pepermint shrimp are near mobile for sale? Even online im having trouble finding some. Ive thought about ordering some of those nudibranches that eat it but after reading how they do it it seems like it is more work than its worth - i can't take the rocks out that they are growing on b/c it would basically be tearing down half of the tank.
Thanks

The only problem with that is you cannot "see" all of them, sometimes they are growing behind rock, that is where the shrimp come in handy.

My last few peppermint shrimp were monsters at cleaning this stuff up.

Shrimp will definitely pop out of a tank. They will especially pop out of a tank when being chased by a fish, there normal reaction to threat is to pop 'backwards' and quickly.
