I have no tank, I am looking for a 150g used tank and stand, or as close to 150g as I can get, one that has a sump that comes with it. I found one at a LFS near my house for $750.00 that has everything that I want but some people have told me that $750.00 is a bit much, they were asking $850.00 for it what do ya'll think? Anyway keep a look out for me. Fishnmajician@aol.com

$750 sounds high if thats just the tank. I payed about $350 for my 150g about 5 yrs ago, that included having 2 holes drilled and a corner overflow.

It depends on the quality of some of the stuff. I bought my old 135 gal tank for $700 and I had to drive to Birmingham to pick it up. It was an Oceanic tank with an oceanic sump and Cherry Oceanic Stand. The owner built a really nice matching canopy. The stuff was in really good shape.

Now I think you can get really good deals from looking around in news papers, craigslist or on online reef forums right now. People are getting out of the hobby all the time but it seems like more so now with the wonderful economy.
