Lionfish are cool, but an evasive species in southern waters so i completely advocate the hunting and eating of these fish. :twisted:

Has anyone seen one of the Alabama coast yet? I know they are in S. Florida, so maybe this summer.
100 gal mixed reef, 30 gal sump, 4x54w T5, 2x150w HQI, OctoX 200 skimmer, Kalk top-off, rocky mixed reef.

Don't quote me on this but I think I read somewhere that the shorelines here get too cold for them to thrive.
