wtb white led lights

Post by likes2fly »

I'm wanting to install white led lights in my red sea 66g biocube. I just want them for the glimmer effect not to grow coral. They must be bright like very bright flashlights. I'm thinking at least two or three watts per led. Let me know what you have. I don't want to flood it with light just a little glimmer.
Thanks.

I have some led's I bought on ebay a while back but I never did anything with them. I'll find them and see how many I have. I think they are two watts each.

led's are realy easy when u order a pack they will come with resistors put 4 led's on 1 resistor the resistor is the positive, then use a 9Vdc or less plug like an old power wheels charger or baby monitor plug... radio shack has boards you can solder them to for about $2.. i can make you a couple of pads whith about 16 led's if you want? ill just need the supplys
reefing just isnt the same living outside the glass....
