I saw this today and had no clue what it was...so i took it out. It looked like a jellyfish blob floating around...have no clue what it is. Do you guys know?

Do you have any kind of wrasse in your tank? Some fish will secret a mucuss slime bubble that they sleep in. I've gotten those in my tank before and just left them in there. As far as I know they don't hurt anything.

actually I do have a cleaner wrasse and the blob was attached to a hermit that was coming out of a cave...I guess that makes sense.
