Im setting up my 110 gal very soon and im pondering on the refuge..I have a 20 gal sump with bioballs for it now. The tank is drilled . as for as a refuge goes whats the best way to build one :idea:

i have that size tank with a chambered 55 gallon tank as the refugium. I think it has done very well... and the 55 gallons are easy to come by. If you want picks send me a pm.

Check my thread in AL reefkeepers forum for the setup on my 240G... it's a 55G, as Shawn suggested, it's elevated just off the floor so that a bulkhead on one end of it can drain into my 75G sump... I feed some of the return water from the overflows, into it, and two LOA flourescent fixtures fit on top of the 55G like they were meant to be there :) Good luck, and if you ever need macro to get started, I throw out about four gallons of macro monthly.
