Trying to get a better one and will post in a moment. The person at the fish store didn't know what it was, got it for $28, it's around 3 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches. Will attempt picture in a moment. Thanks
It looks simular to something that we have and cant identify, but our is red and green. Now Billy would say it is an acan of course I really don't know
any info:
lps?
sps?
polyp of some sort?
its kind of hard to tell from the picture kind looks like and lps i will look trough some books see if anything resembles it.
I think i will have to go with jahdiel on this one. can't really find anything else thats an exact match. Its not your everyday open brain if thats what it is.
I have to forward with Jahdiel and NM354 on this one also. It is definitely either a multiple-mouthed Trachyphyllia or similar mussid. I lean toward the latter, since the texture is not quite on par with Trachyphyllia.
god still looks like a carpet to me *** shrug ****
But I have been drinking tequila.
