Pretty scarey, Lacey just prepalced Kayla's at Christmas. I'm not sure I feel secure about it though. She got it a TRU, it uses the car's seatbelt exclusively which is the part that worries me. In your video, the seat stayed on the rail. This new one, if stopped hard enough, looks like it would eject the child and come out of the car.

Actually I wouldn't worry that much about the seat belt only thing. LATCH is supposed to provide an easier install, but pretty much all car manufacturers recommend using the vehicle's seatbelt at 40-48 lbs anyway. LATCH can't handle loads above that. It's just scary what can happen when people disregard the fact that there are expiration dates on those things.
