Problem w/ lighting-ICE CAP 430, comes on then flickers off

I just bought a setup from someone and don't know much about the lighting, I have 2 IceCap 430 ballast. Have 2 bulbs to each ballast (VHO and actinic). My setup is 1 week old now and has been fine. Tonight, my lights keeps going out...both sets. Are the ballasts going out? What do I need to do. I can't figure it out. Need your expertise please!

where do you have your ballasts located.. they under the tank? are they getting to hot and shutting off or did they by chance get wet or have any salt creep on them... these are all things that can cause them to shut off... also you might check the fuses ...

It may be worthwhile to send it to IceCap Inc. They are usually willing to fix it, so I would call and see if they can either tell you what the problem is (if you can fix it), or send it to them. IceCap has good customer service, so they will probably help you out.
