75g Setup 4 Sale & Eheim 1260-Updated

Post by Suziq21 »

I'm taking a break from the hobby for a little while thanks to a little reefer (er, baby that is  ) on the way :D I probably won't be outo f it for long especially since I'm already eyeing up a 30g setup.

1-75g Tank, Stand and Canopy (w/ lights). Brand new tank purchased this month to replace a previous tank that was about to bust. It's drilled in the back, comes w/ all the plumbing including 2 pieces of 3/4"locline, and is a standard 75g tank size. The stand and canopy are made of pine with 1" oak skin. Very nicely made and finished w/ a deep Cherry stain.
Here's a pic of the stand and new tank: Image

And a pic of the canopy while it was on the old tank:

The canopy has a T5 (4x54w) setup. There are two Advance ballast, a mix of two Icecap and two Tek reflectors, waterproof endcaps, and 2 actinic lights, 1 Daylight and 1 Aquablue light, running for about 8 months now.

Asking $650 for tank,stand & canopy & lights.

I've also got an Eheim 1260. Works great, very low noise compared to other brands. Has been running 8 months w/ no problems, recently had a long vinegar bath. This also includes a brand new backup impellor. Brand new the pump runs ~$120 and the impellor by itself cost me $50. I'm asking $130 for both if you want it shipped or $120 p/u.

It should be live(wet). She just took it out of the old tank that was breaking as the seams and put it in a tub.

Fish is right :) It came out of the tank that was getting ready to bust and has been sitting in a rubbermaid bin with water and a pump since. It almost made it to the new tank :?

I'm parting out the lights, keeping the ballast and endcaps to put in my 30g which I can't get until the 75 is gone!
There's a total of 4-48" t5 reflectors (2 Icecap, 2 Tek). $50 p/u, $60 shipped to your door :) I'd also consider trading them if anyone has got some 36" Tek reflectors they want to part with :)
There are also the 4 bulbs, all 8 months old-Lots of Life Left:
2 actinic lights (coralvue bulbs), 1 Daylight (Giesman) and 1 Aquablue light(Giesman)
$45 p/u or plus actual shipping.

Of course I can meet you Mobile folks somewhere halfway if need be:)

Everything else, I'll consider all reasonable offers (more than $1 this time Sue  )

Would you sell two of the 48" reflectors? I only have two with my fixture but was thinking about using the reflectors.

I am tempted on the T5 reflectors (to get more bulbs), but I think I will wait for the new T6 VHOs to replace my remaining T12 VHOs.
