Spam registration bots

As irritating as it is, I have added one more confirmation code for new users. This should eliminate the bogus users, and in the last few weeks, bogus spam.

While there hasnt been much normal posting in here, no posts are better then the retarded spam.

Yeah he was already on here before I made the changes. I still have to go through and delete the spam bots, that is soo much fun.
