I just got a new case, and it has room for SIX 80mm freaking fans.... I only have two. Does anyone have any freebie fans that aren't too old/loud?

Have you ever had them before? I had one for awhile but it didn't do good in my thirty gallon because of bad lights and high nitrates. I have a questions maybe you could help me out with. I tested my Kh/Alkalinity for the first time with a salifert test and I got a reading of 9.3 on KH value and 3.31 on the Alkalinity value. The test kit says that it should be 8 - Kh and 2.9 on AlK. My question is my readings high or low. Is the lower the number the higher the dkh and Alk? I want to start adding B-ionic but I want to make sure of the side of the scale i'm on the high or low. thanks.

The reading pretty much perfect. Alk can swing greatly without any detrimental effects. You cannot keep parameters perfect, some affect others and readings should just give you an idea, nothing more. Whatever you do, dont chase numbers - Kevin G

You don't have to worry about me chassing numbers. I was just trying to figure out the values. I will kinda need to know so that I can adjust my dossage accordingly until I get a feel for it.

Alk is generally acceptable in the 7 to 12 dKh range. In or even near the range is ok, but alk levels influence calcium levels. I keep mine near 12 and y calcium stays near 440. When my alk was too low I couldn't keep my calcium above 350.
