My new lights

Post by jdmorgan20fan »

So I finally got my dream lights. Its a 24" Sunpod 150w Metal Halide with a 14k Phoenix Bulb. The only problem is the bulb is 8 months old. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0392334357

Will it be ok for a couple of months or should i replace it. I also am trying to figure out how to get my corals used to the lights. Any suggestions? thanks.

I read that you can just use some window screening at first if your light is too intense.

I think i'm going to hang them up and slowly lower them down so the corals get used to it.
