I have an orchid greenhouse and used to be very active at collecting these. Vice President of Mobile Area Orchid Society. Have a hobby in macro photography. Publish when I can on new crustacea from deep sea collections our lab has worked on for environmental, oil, gas drilling studies. Described some from Australia, Madagascar, Trinidad, Puerto Rico I am a taxonomist of macro-invertebrates from marine, freshwater and estuarine environments. Also have 120 gallon fw planted tank with CO2, mostly Tetras but some Rainbows. Have African 70 gallon but the only fish now are breeding Red Empress and their young from a single spawn. Like mindless computer games like Left for Dead, Bioshock, Half Life 1 and 2 and the shooter games. Like listening to Rhapsody streamed music on my Dell Studio XPS. Heavy into politics, reading and tea party member.
