I was hoping I could get some clarification on the previous posting:

Is he asking for $200 and he want 2 5-foot VHO white URI bulbs as payment or are the bulbs included with the MH retrofit? I might be interested, but I neither need nor have the 2 5-foot VHO URI bulbs.

Will Kedrick sell just one retrofit MH?

One more thing...are the IceCaps electronic ballast?

ok, sorry to be blurry on the subject....he wants $200 and 2 5' VHO URI actinic white bulbs..i dont think he'll sell em by there self..i dunno, call him and ask
