130 gallon cube - 100 lb live rock / 80 lb sand

I have the following tank for sale , 130 gallon acrylic tank 40inch wide, 36inch deep, 21inch high sitting on heavy oak stained wood base and canopy, viewable from 3 sides with back center overflow, includes 1 150 watt mh light with balast and 2 -40watt T5's with ballast, 20 gallon 3 stage refuge/return tank. The system also includes a nautalus TE skimmer, return pump and two powerheads, a magfloat glass cleaner(made for acrylic) and an acrylic glass polishing/scratch repair kit. System has been up and running for well over a year. See pictures provided.

Presently in the tank I have 100+ pounds of live rock and 80+ pounds of live sand.
I am asking $1000 for everything or $600 for the system.
I will sell the 100 lb of live rock for $250 and 80 lb of live sand for $100
