Opinions wanted

So i've done some reading and of course it all seems to come down to poeples opinions, so..
What are ya'll thoughts on a Blue Jaw trigger in a reef tank?
any suggestions on a good looking water table type feeder? preferably laid back and non agressive..

They are very unlikely to nip corals, but there is some risk with some shrimp, especially small ones. Beyond that, they need a sizeable setup, which IMO, is their biggest drawback.

As far as other planktonic feeders go, look into various wrasses, like flasher and fairy wrasses. Other options are available, but more dependent on tank size.

+1 to what Andrew said.

Absolute minimum for a Blue Jaw is 135/150 gallon range. The bigger the better.

A customer and friend of mine has a male and female blue jaw in his 180. Only thing it has nipped at was gorgonia. He is missing a small harlequin shrimp, but that could be another reason. The large blood shrimp are doing fine.
