(2) Dual 400w Ballast One PFO and the other I dunno

I have (2) Dual 400w ballast nice and clean ballast, one is the standard silver PFO and the other is a goldish color ballast both in excellent condition. No bulbs though, Looking to trade straight up for a dual 250, or (2) single 250's trade for trade so to speak
