Didn't do any work on the tank tonight, tired from work. Did get a package from BRS today though :) got the Calcium, ALK , Magnesium for the dosing pump and also got the netting for the display tank and the quarantine tank, this week ends project. Went to the LFS and picked up my third AI LED light, a 29 gallon quarantine tank and a Aqua Clear 40 to 70 gallon HOB filter, also paid the bill for the new display tank. The down side, was told the tank will ship out next Wednesday the 15th but most likely won't get here till 3 or 4 days later. The plus side, have another order from Premium Aquatics coming tomorrow, the day after that, another order from BRS. Also went to Lowes this morning, picked up some Velcro strips to mount the MP40 controls and a bit to drill a hole in the back of the stand to run my power strip from the stand to the plug, another project for this week end. So, I do still have a few more things to do before the tank gets here.

word of advise
velcrow on its own cannot hold the mp40 i had to use a lil super glue on the velcrow
the smooth surface on the mp40 it's enough for it to stick to

I made a shelf under my stand to house my MP40 controller and dosing pumps.

Might want to invest in a ground probe too. Ive had poor Polyp extension on my 75g ever since I added sps corals. Turns out, I tested for stray voltage and had roughly 10 volts flowing through the tank. It wasnt anything noticeable and everything looked healthy but according to some sites, it can cause RTN/STN in sps corals along with some other symptoms. Marine depot sells them for $11.

Looks good, is that bio pellet reactor fed by an overflow drain?

No, its fed by the manifold, the clear hose on the far left side of the manifold. The return line from the reactor leaves the reactor and is down by the skimmer intake. I heard that you want the return line from a Bio Pellet reactor to be next to the skimmer intake, not sure its true, but thats where I put it, just in case. Most likely should tie wrap it there.

I never heard of a ground probe :D will be checking into it though. How do you hook them up to the stand? Thanks for the advice :)

You do, so kudos with the reactor placement. another thing to take note of, they say its best to put 1/3rd of the recommended bio pellets in the reactor when you first start it and slowly build it up adding more each month until you achieve the recommended amount. If not, you can starve your corals as they reactor will feed off of all available nutrients in the water. I found out the hard way and had to restart my reactor. The probe i believe come with a suction cup to attach it to the sump and the other end plug into the wall ground.
