These have started popping up ALL over my rocks and getting too close to my corals. Do I need to worry? If so What gets rid of them?

They are filter sponges, squirts to be exact, very heathly. If you have them they are probably in low light areas. I have hundreds of this in sump and overflows, very healthy addition.

Yeah, I have tons of those on the underside of the rock, and in the sump. Definitely OK.
