Amazon's River?

Well, I went on an adventure today. We drove out to Foley, with directions to Amazon's River in hand. I didn't call beforehand, unfortunately, but once I got out there and didn't see it, I called 251.971 2200. I got a message for "Coral Reef Design".

Is this place still up and running? A friend told me they had a very wide variety of FW fish, and I was quite interested to see what was available.

Thanks guys.

No, the store itself went out a couple of years ago. I think Mark is doing mainly tank maintenance stuff now.

Thats too bad. My friend told me that he swears he saw it just a few months ago, but has been out of the hobby for a while.

Well, I guess my only options for local stores are B&B, FatFish and PetSmart, eh?

I do.

Remember that big ol 90 gallon in my house? The one that looks green instead of blue? Yep.......FW :P

There are fish in there.......somewhere.....of course that pic was before the big pruning. Now you can see them.

Looks great as always, Sue. I am thinking about taking mine down for now. I just don't have the time for it right now. Trying to get my reef back in order is time consuming enough as it is. I may even use the CO2 setup for a Ca++ reactor...

Aw, come on....with all that extra time you have???

I'm in the Calcium reactor process now with the 120, the ol'two part just isn't cutting it with this tank even with the addition of Kalkwasser. Hopefully the Ca reactor will help. I'm more than a little nervous about starting it up though.
