fragging kenya tree

Post by ShagMan »

Have any of you guys fragged a kenya tree? I'm "guessing" that you just snip one of the branches off, and attach it to rubble... anyone?

You can cut it with shears or a razor blade, but you shouldn't frag a coral until you are sure that it is growing good and has reached a decent size. Kenya's are easy to frag though.

Well my kenya was starting to get loooooong branches that were all drooping, so I chopped off two of 'em. The frags are mounted now (two of 'em), but the mother kenya TOTALLY deflated... I'll check on it today, it might just be temporary... scary!

BTW: I'm trying needle and fishing line, so far seems to work better than glue or rubber bands... I'm tired of losing frags! :)
