How Small Tanks Are Different, Lesson 1

Post by Phisher »

1. In a small tank, you cannot stick your big, fat arm in after you top off the tank UNLESS you WANT to clean up a bunch of water.

More lessons to follow.

Yes and space is so limited in a small narrow tank you will break your SPS frags every god forsaken time you stick your arm in there to clean the glass.......seriously.

Snoop I doubt there is enough light sps in there, 2x32pc's, and the plexy cover gets salt creep so quickly.

I will just have to remember to scoop a few cups of water out before the are goes back in.

My SPS are growing like mad under power compacts. Never did that well with my halides in my 75 gallon.

May drop a frag in there and see how it goes after the tank has been up for a while, I do like the color of the light.
