If we get our house done in time, we would be interested in hosting an upcoming meeting. I want to throw this out and get some feedback first due to our location, we are about 15min north of I10 off of HWY 49. If this is too far for most please say so, I understand this is pretty far for most of you. I don't want to host and have no one show  .

Discuss amoungst yourselves and let me know.

I don't mind traveling if it could be alittle earlier. The trip home is the kicker for us. Other wise count us in.

Works for me. What about dates? Thanksgiving is coming up at the end of next month and a lot of people won't be able to make it that weekend.

My problem is, I work Saturdays. So one of three options:

1. I like the idea of having it earlier, say 3pm, but the only weekend I can do this in Nov is Thanksgiving weekend. I was thinking maybe do a cook out type thing,

or

2. Try for the weekend before Thanksgiving and start 5 or 6ish.

or

3. TRY to get a Saturday off during Dec (not promising anything).

Lets throw this around and see what most will agree on.

BTW, I will not be singing to anyone.

I can't remeber how it went last year around this time. Seems that it would be better worked for the first week of December for a NOV/DEC meeting. I know I will be out of town the weekend before and after Thanksgiving (mmmm helmet :D ) tenatively.

Your schedule is probally a little more restictive than most everyone elses, so...

I would vote for #2 or #3... I think last year we did a early December meeting... but 5-6pm is NOT late, so you can do that on a earlier week in November.

OK then lets try Nov 20 around 5pm. That gives my tank another month to recover from the move. I will plan on grilling hamburgers unless it turns wicked cold, unlikely. Let me just check with work next week and make sure this day will work.
